Q: What if it rains on the day?



A: You have the right to cancel up to 48 hours before the day. However if it rains on the day we are happy to go ahead. However in the winter months we would advise hiring a hall. Some of our castles come with shower covers - however if it is consitant heavy rain for a long period of times this will gradually allow water to seep in as it is only shower proof.



 

 

Q: Do you deliver to my area?

A: We deliver mainly to London, Hertfordshire, Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire. However we do also go further afield but there may be a small delivery charge. 

 

Q: Do I have to pay if I cancel my booking?



A: If you cancel your booking less than 5 days before your event then you will loose your deposit - however you will not have to pay the hire charge - however if you cancel your event within 24 hours before the event you will still have to pay the hire charge!





Q: What age range can use your equipment?



A: Any children can use our equipment up to the age of 15years old. Adults do so at their own risk and are NOT covered by our PLI insurance.



 

Q: Do I have to pay a deposit? 


 A: There is a £10 deposit required then you just make the remaining payment in full on the day or you can pay by cheque however we will have to receive this 7 days prior to your event so that we can make sure the cheque is cleared.
